Previous Sites

JPMC has an excellent resources, but all scattered in different places within the intranet page and other platforms. Our team’s mission was to create a website that can educate employees to deliver higher quality products and services that enable workforce productivity and improve overall satisfaction across the organization and JPMC.

 

Challenge

Let users learn and expand their knowledge in Employee Experience (EX), which will affect how smaller product teams creating their products by providing standardized guidelines and available EX resources within the firm.

Challenge as a designer

With three engineers, one ux writer and one ux researcher, my goal for this team was to create a digestible site that is compatible with WCAG standards. All the visual and UI components through out the site was created beyond the current design system.

When dealing with text heavy contents, we were aware how different pages contain various types of content, copy and graphics. As a sole designer in the team, I designed a flexible bootstrap grid that can be applied to the pages. This is an example how the contents are displayed for various pages for Desktop HD 1440+.
